Payment Schedule:
- November 10th, 2025 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
- November 25th, 2025 40% of total room block is due.
- January 25th, 2025 20% of total room block is due.
- February 25th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.
Itinerary:
- Wedding Day- Thursday, June 18th, 2026
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before November 15th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between November 15th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
- Between January 20th, 2026 and February 25th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%.
- Between February 25th, 2026 and April 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 80%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Zöetry Casa del Mar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
