Essence Festival, an annual event held every 4th of July weekend in New Orleans, to empower and to celebrate African American women in all of their glory with seminars and educational segments that will inspire us on our incredible journey.
Essence Festival draws music lovers from all over the world with it’s star studded concert line up that’s guaranteed to keep you dancing in the aisles.

Passport Besties has accommodations at The AC Hotel by Marriott located on Canal Street right next to the French quarters close to Bourbon St. this hotel aims to offer you European-style hospitality.

Making reservations for this 2020 Essence Fest package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

You must make your reservations in the name that is on your government issued identification you will use to check-in at the hotel.

All of your payments to Sunjai Travel and Tours (Passport Besties) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required as price is subject to change to reflect the correct occupancy rate should they cancel.

Payments are processed on the 20th of every month. If you should go more than 60 days without any payment your reservation may automatically cancel without notice and a $50 reinstatement fee will have to paid before you can be reinstated providing the accommodations are still available.
