Travel Agreement/Terms & Conditions

We are Take Flyt and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Take Flyt and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. By choosing Take Flyt Travel to plan your vacation, you signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

PLANNING FEE: A non-refundable planning fee is required to start the planning process. All planning sales (fees) are final and non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, or decide to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained.

QUOTES: After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a modification fee of $25 per modification will commence. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of location, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form.

Travel Documents: You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Take Flyt Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.

PASSPORTS: All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the United States Department of State or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

REAL ID: Beginning May 3, 2023, if you plan to use your state-issued ID or license to fly within the U.S., it is your responsibility to make sure it is REAL ID compliant. If you are not sure if your ID complies, please check with our local State Department of motor vehicles, or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

Insurance: For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. No representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy.
