What’s included in this trip:
- Roundtrip shared ground transportation to/from the airport and the resort IS INCLUDED. Private transportation is an additional cost upon request.

**While gratuities are included in your package price, you should consider having small bills ($1, $5, $10) on hand to tip airport employees, shuttle drivers and anyone you feel has provided exceptional service to you during your stay.

- Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code in MBJ. You are required to provide your flight details May 1, 2027. The transportation is ONLY for the dates that are booked with us. Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip.
- Travel insurance is Not included - You can choose to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment. Our trip is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason, unless WE cancel the event.
- Spa Service is Not included
- OPTIONAL excursions are Not included
- Items of a personal nature, souvenirs are not included
- Credit card transaction fees are Not included- There is a one time mandatory credit card transaction fee divided equally into your payments. This credit card processing fee is not from Caribbean Travel Queen, it is directly from the credit card processing company. The full fee will show on your invoice but will be divided equally into your monthly payments.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before signing this agreement. By submitting your deposit and signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
Eligibility Requirements
- All travelers must be 18 years of age or older to participate. This event is intended for mature adults only.
- A valid passport is required for travel. Your passport must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.
Accommodations
- Bedding configurations consist of either one (1) king bed or two (2) queen beds.
- Bedding preferences is a request and is NOT guaranteed and are assigned by the resort at check-in based on availability.
- Travelers who require guaranteed bedding must book a single-occupancy room.
Reservation Requirements
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your reservation and lock in the group rate.
- All reservations must be booked exclusively through Caribbean Travel Queen Travel Agency. Reservations made through any other source will not be considered part of the group and will not be eligible to participate in group activities or events.
- All room categories are subject to availability at the time of booking. If your preferred room category is sold out, you must select the next available room category.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- This trip is non-refundable for any reason, unless the event is canceled by Caribbean Travel Queen.
- If you voluntarily cancel your reservation, fail to make required payments, miss the final payment deadline, or otherwise breach this agreement, you will not receive a refund, future travel credit, or transfer of funds.
- No exceptions will be granted. If roommate cancels you will be responsible for the singles occupancy rate.
Travel Insurance
- Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase external travel insurance to protect their investment.
- An insurance quote will be offered wheb completing the registration form.
- Any questions regarding coverage, claims, exclusions, or policy details must be directed to the insurance provider.
Payment Terms
- Travelers may choose to pay in full or enroll in the monthly payment plan starting Oct 15, 2026.
- Credit card processing fees assessed by the payment processor will be divided equally within the scheduled payments. These fees are mandatory, non-refundable, and are not charged by Caribbean Travel Queen.
- Monthly payments will be calculated based on the remaining balance after the initial deposit has been paid.
- Monthly payments begin after the deposit is received and continue through the final payment deadline.
Monthly Payment Requirements
- Participation in the monthly payment plan requires a payment each month starting Oct 15, 2026.
- While travelers may choose the date within the month on which payment is made, the monthly payment requirement is mandatory. If monthly payments are not paid your reservation may be subject to automatic cancellation. Any Funds paid are non refundable.
- The final payment deadline is March 15, 2027.
Missed Payments & Reinstatement
- Reservations not paid in full by March 15, 2027 are subject to cancellation.
- If a reservation is canceled for non-payment and space remains available, reinstatement may be requested.
- A $100 reinstatement fee must be paid before the reservation can be reinstated.
- Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to room availability.
Final Payment Penalty
- Any reservation not paid in full by the final payment deadline of March 15, 2027 may result in automatic cancellation. A mandatory late payment fee of $100 per person, will be automatically added to the reservation and all payments not paid by April 1, 2027 will be removed from the trip. Payments are non refundable.
- No exceptions will be granted.
Roommate Responsibilities
- Travelers sharing accommodations are responsible for ensuring that all occupants remain in good financial standing.
- If a roommate voluntarily cancels or is removed from the reservation due to non-payment or breach of contract, the remaining traveler(s) will be re-priced at the applicable single occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is secured. A $100 name change fee will apply.
- An updated invoice reflecting the new occupancy rate will be issued.
Name Requirements & Corrections
- Reservations must be made using the traveler's full legal name exactly as it appears on their passport.
- Nicknames, abbreviations, or incorrect names are not permitted.
- Any requested changes to the reservation including name correction or name change will incur a $100 fee.
Replacement Roommates
- If a replacement roommate is added to an existing reservation, a $100 name change fee will apply.
- The fee must be paid before the name change can be processed.
Changes & Administrative Fees
- All requests for reservation changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing through your most recent statement by selecting "Ask a Question."
- Phone calls, voicemail messages, text messages, social media messages, or verbal requests will not be accepted.
- Any change requested after the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid will incur a $100 change fee.
- The applicable fee must be paid before any change is processed.
- Upon receipt of a change or cancellation request, written confirmation and further instructions will be provided via email.
Flight Information
- Flight details must be submitted no later than May 1, 2027.
- Failure to provide flight information by the deadline may result in forfeiture of any shared ground transportation included in the travel package.
