Deposit Overview:

  • Deposit per person: $400 at booking

  • Final Payment Due: December 7, 2026

    • Booking early secures your stateroom and preferred cabin category.

    • Booking early secures our group discounts.

Cancellation Policy:

  • $200 of the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled prior to final payment

  • After final payment, standard cruise line cancellation fees apply

  • Travel insurance is recommended to protect your adventure.

Travel Protection:

We highly recommend purchasing travel protection to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. Enjoy your holiday worry-free!  After booking, we will provide you with travel insurance quotes for your convenience.  If you choose to not purchase, a waiver will be provided for you to sign stating you understand the risk.

Booking Instructions:

  • Select your cabin category - categories are on a first come, first served basis with limited availability

  • Complete Traveler Information Form (if your roommate is booking separately, please let me know that in one of the boxes on the form)

  • Submit Photo of Passport (names have to match exactly for cruise)

  • Review Cruise Terms & Conditions

  • Confirm quote that is sent to you - all pricing to be verified at time of quote and make fluctuate with monthly offers. 

  • Submit Payment to secure your spot - deposit will not process until we confirm your cabin and personal information

  • We will review your reservation, check for cabin availability, hold a cabin for you, and send you a confirmation to review.  Pricing will be confirmed before your deposit is applied.
  • You will review the confirmation mentioned above and sign that all info is correct.
  • If you are rooming with someone in another household, we will verify information.
  • We will process your deposit and send you a confirmation.
  • We will send you Travel Protection quotes for your review.
  • You can review pre and post cruise travel options and airfare!
