Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—either the option we offer or one of your choosing.
Cancellations & Changes
Any updates to your reservation (including name corrections, passenger details, occupancy, or room category changes) may require repricing at current rates and could incur penalties or fees.
- Deposits: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Accommodations Only: Cancellations made on or before July 5, 2026 will incur a fee equal to the deposit plus one night’s stay; the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. After this date, no refunds are available.
- Air-Inclusive Packages: After 48 hours from booking, cancellations will incur a fee equal to the deposit, the full airfare portion, and one night’s stay; the remaining balance will be refunded. After July 5, 2026, no refunds are available.
- Transfers: Non-refundable and non-changeable within 48 hours of arrival. Any changes within this window require purchasing a new transfer directly.
Customs & Immigration
Entry decisions are made solely at the discretion of local authorities. Travel Together Global is not responsible for denied entry under any circumstances.
Health Requirements
Guests are responsible for meeting all health and travel regulations. Travel Together Global cannot be held liable for failure to comply.
Missed Flights
Travel Together Global is not responsible for missed flights or connections. Please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure and follow all check-in and gate procedures.
