Memorable Moments Travel Cancelation Fee:
Although Memorable Moments Travel does not charge for booking your travel; however, we monitor the sales and decrease your cost, if applicable; watch for cost savings; look up excursions that are best suited for you; print travel documents with detailed instructions, etc.; assist with booking your air and pre/post hotel(s), on-call to service your needs. You are responsible for cancellation fees to cover the cost of services rendered.
All cancellations must be received in writing. In addition to the supplier's cancellation policy and fees that may apply, Memorable Moments Travel will apply a $75 per person administrative service fee to all cancellations. Most cancellation fees are covered under the travel insurance policy if you cancel for a covered reason.

Payment Schedule:
- $100 per person (reduced deposit) is due no later than February 1, 2024. This reduced deposit will hold your space in the group; however, NO stateroom is assigned until the total deposit of $450 per person is paid. Therefore, the sooner you and your travel companion pay the full deposit of $450 per person, the better choice of staterooms are available.
