TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
DEPOSIT: The required Deposit amount is Non-Refundable. Your deposit acknowledges that you have read the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document and that you understand and accept said Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@TimelessTravel.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 504-472-8990 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Timeless Travel & Cruise, LLC is non-refundable.
This trip is Non-Refundable. If you are unable to travel, you must submit a claim to the Travel Insurance Company, www.TravelGuard.com or your selected Travel Insurance company that you have chosen. We will provide supporting documents requested by Insurer.
It is highly recommended to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
TRANSFERABLE TRIP:
If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it has to be done within 30 days prior to departure. You must obtain approval from your roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request.
Further, any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document.
Timeless Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is Non-Refundable. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY:
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option if available as an upgrade on your policy. Several comprehensive travel insurance plans have this upgrade as a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip within the allotted time before their departure date.

The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option is available as an upgrade on several of the comprehensive travel insurance plans and is a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for any reason that is not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip more than 48 hours before their departure date.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:
Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month. Final payment must be received NO Later than JULY 20, 2024. Traveljoy’s credit card processing fees will be reflected monthly on the invoice under the title of Convenience Fee.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
• Travel abroad requires that your Passport be valid at least 6 months beyond our travel departure date unless the U.S. has a Waiver/Exemption with the country in which you are traveling.
• Visitors traveling to the U.S. are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S. unless the U.S. has a waiver/exemption with said country.
• At this time, the country in which you are traveling has a Waiver/Exemption with the United States. Therefore, your passport must be active for the entire duration of your travel. However, it is highly recommended that your passport be valid for six weeks beyond the period of your intended stay after your scheduled return to the U.S.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
• Some countries may require that you bring your Covid Vaccination Card. We will notify all travelers if such requirement is in force.
• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Timelss Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.
• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, Timeless Travel & Cruise, LLC reserve the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.
• You are responsible for your Airline Flights from your home base to Newark, New Jersey and from Newark, New Jersey back to your home base.

Our airline flight schedule is as follows: Depart Newark, NJ (EWR) on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 11:55 p.m. and Arrive in Athens, Greece (ATH) on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 4:05p.m.
Return details are: Depart Athens, Greece (ATH) on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 5:35p.m. Arrive in New Jersey (EWR) on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 9:20p.m. Flight schedule is subject to change.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via email 20-30 days prior to travel.
