We are Curated Adventures Pro and are excited to help you with your travel arrangements. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Curated Adventures Pro, and the terms "I", "me", "my" and "you" refer to the individual who signs this agreement.
By signing below, I understand it is my responsibility to read all travel invoices and documents, including travel insurance information, thoroughly before completing or authorizing invoice payments. I hereby certify that I, and any additional travelers I am paying for, have valid travel IDs (passport and driver ID); meaning that the travel IDs are valid at least six months from our day of departure.
I authorize Curated Adventures Pro to charge the submitted credit card or bank account for the amount noted on this invoice. This payment is for the package listed on the invoice. I also acknowledge that Curated Adventures Pro advised me of my responsibility to secure travel insurance to protect my trip investment. I understand that for comprehensive coverage, I must purchase travel insurance via travel insurance suppliers such as Allianz or Travel Guard/AIG. I further understand that if I decline to secure travel insurance within 7 days of paying my initial deposit, I am responsible for any damages or losses not covered by a travel insurance supplier's plan. If I decide to purchase travel insurance any questions regarding the plan policy, coverage, claims, etc. must be directed to an insurance representative from the company I purchased the travel insurance.
I understand that all purchases are nonrefundable and non-transferable and it is my responsibility to purchase travel insurance to protect my trip investment against covered losses. Covered expenses or losses are determined by the travel insurance plan and provider that I select, if travel insurance was purchased.
I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card provided and that I will not dispute any of the charges from Curated Adventures Pro and travel suppliers for the items quoted on my invoice. I understand that any requests to cancel this package must be communicated in writing via email [by responding to the emails sent from the designated travel advisor or at info@curatedadventurespro.com] and include the reservation confirmation number that I wish canceled along with the full names of the travelers associated with this reservation. If I choose to decline travel insurance, I must also submit a request to decline coverage in writing via email.

Paying your invoice in part or total acknowledges your receipt and acceptance of the terms and conditions and the itinerary details.
