Thank you for giving Tip Top Luxury Travels the opportunity to assist with planning your vacation.
Please fill out the travel inquiry form in its entirety. There is a non refundable planning fee that MUST be paid before any research is started. Each form is for ONE destination and up to 3 quotes. If you would like multiple destinations, there is an additional fee of $15 for each one.
Once your form and planning fee is received, please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. It may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. You will be contacted within 3-5 business days to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started. Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research.
How To Book:
- Step 1: Select your package below and click 'Book Now'. $35 for groups of 4 or less. $60 for groups 5 and up to 9. $125 for 10 or more.
- Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers. There is a different place on the form to put "how many travelers are going on the trip.
- Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info' and fill out the form in its entirety.
- Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'
- Step 6: Authorize payment for planning fee.
- Step 7: Wait 3-5 business day for quotes to be sent to your email.
Quote Request:
Quotes will be sent via email within 3-5 business days. Once your form is received, you will receive one of three options to choose from based on your travel inquiry form. I offer two revisions to your quote within 10 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 10 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please note if you're not deposit ready at the time when you receive your quote, prices aren't guaranteed and are subject to change at anytime.
