Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC is pleased to confirm the travel arrangements above. To complete your transaction and confirm your arrangements, your signature on this authorization is required.

General

• Without travel protection, payments are non-refundable and non-creditable.
• By purchasing a trip from Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that it is your responsibility to have a valid passport for the entire duration of the trip (6 months validity recommended). Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC bears no responsibility for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for any guest, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry.
• By purchasing a trip from Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that it is your responsibility to purchase anything not included in this trip. You understand that things not included are; any items and matters not referred to in the "What's Included" section on the trip website, including but not limited to, airfares to and from your destination, air-related taxes and fees; additional fees charged by airlines such as checked and/or excess baggage, seat selections and any other services; passport and visa fees; insurances of all kinds; laundry; phone calls;  Optional Experiences; and all items of a personal nature. Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental and non-governmental entities.
• You are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates.
  • Once you have booked your flights for this trip, please register your flight itinerary here. We need your arrival and departure times in order to schedule your transportation to and from the airport. Failure to provide this information will result in the loss of your transfers. 
• If full payment is not received by the date outlined on this invoice, Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC has the right to cancel your reservation. Your deposit and any previous payments will be forfeited. Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC will not be responsible for lost reservations.
• Provided full payment has been received on time and registration completed, travel documents will be sent in electronic format no later than 21 days prior to departure. 
• By purchasing a trip from Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that the trip details were curated with care and good faith, but are subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes do not forfeit the contract between the purchaser and the seller. You also acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with any activities you may partake in. Therefore, you understand, agree, and assume full responsibility for such risk that you alone are responsible for based upon your decision to participate in such activities.
• You are urged to arrange comprehensive travel protection to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC is not liable in any regard for your failure to adequately insure yourself, and you agree to indemnify and hold Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC harmless for any expenses or delays incurred as a result of your failure to adequately insure yourself.
• By purchasing a trip from Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that in the event of cancellation, there are no refunds for any deposits or payments made, regardless of reason. It is STRONGLY recommended that you purchase trip protection to protect your investment.

• SPECIAL NOTE: If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Curated Jaunts by Jonne, LLC will not be responsible for any denied boarding or any entry/re-entry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details. 

I have read and understand all cancellation charges and change fees related to the above travel arrangements, and that I may not be entitled to a full refund should my travel plans change. 

I acknowledge that all of the information above is correct. By signing this form I am giving authorization for Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC and/or the travel supplier (Sceptre Vacations) to charge the credit card provided herein for all of the charges listed above. I also acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions stated by Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC and I agree to waive any charge back rights. I understand that returns, refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC and/or the supplier(s), and fees may apply.

By signing below, you are signing this agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By submitting, you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions.
