- December 1st, 2024 Deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Garza Blanca Cancun
- December 5th, 2024 Two night room purchase must be paid.
- March 5th, 2025 Remaining balance due.
Reminders:
- The wedding is on June 21st, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
To be considered a part of Lonnie and Dotty’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Lonnie and Dotty with a deposit already paid on each room.

To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.

Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

April 19th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

Please note Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a view of the ocean from your patio.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before December 5th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

If you cancel your reservation between December 5th 2024 and March 5th 2025, a 2 night penalty per person will apply.

If you cancel your reservation between March 5th 2025 and April 5th 2025, a 3 night penalty per person will apply.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after April 5th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies, and other mandates.
