Travel Consultation & Quote Policy

Thank you for choosing Infinite Travel Services, LLC. We specialize in thoughtfully curated travel experiences designed with precision, care, and professionalism. We appreciate the opportunity to plan your journey and value the trust you place in our expertise.

 

Travel Consultation & Quote Requests

Our travel consultation includes up to three personalized travel proposals, curated based on the information provided in your inquiry. Clients may request up to two (2) revisions within five (5) business days of receiving the initial proposal.

Requests for additional revisions, new quotes, or changes submitted beyond this timeframe may require an additional service fee.

To maintain service priority, pricing accuracy, and availability, clients are expected to review and respond to proposals within three (3) business days.

Quote Delivery & Booking Confirmation

Once the travel inquiry fee has been received, proposals are delivered within 3–5 business days. If additional information is required, you will be contacted promptly.

Upon receipt of your proposal, clients have three (3) business days to submit the required deposit to secure services with Infinite Travel Services, LLC. This same response window applies to any requested revisions.

Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in changes to pricing, availability, or the release of reserved options.

 

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

The travel inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions. Travel consultation and planning fees are not reimbursable through travel insurance or travel protection plans.

Small Group Vacation Design

Deposit: $10.00 per person

This consultation applies to individual and small group travel services for parties of less than ten (10) travelers. The number of passengers must be disclosed on the inquiry form. Consultation fees are per person, non-refundable, and non-transferable, with no exceptions.

Luxury Itinerary Design
Available until December 31, 2026

Deposit: $15.00 per person

This form is for Luxury, where we create custom-curated itineraries for honeymoons and events that include unique and personalized activities. We offer exotic trips to Dubai, Bali, and Ghana. Please note that the fee will not be per person, so when selecting the number of travelers, please choose a minimum of two. Please be aware that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Large Group Vacation Desgin
Available until December 31, 2026

$25.00
Deposit: $25.00 per person

This consultation is for groups of up to 25 travelers who require travel services, including cruise/cabin trips. Please note that the fee is not charged per person, so when selecting the number of travelers, please choose a maximum of two. Please be aware that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
