DJ Cleve and the Travel Club is inviting you to enjoy an exclusive seaside getaway as we take over Negril Jamaica from Sept 3–7, 2027! Acceptance of Policies
By booking a room reservation with DJ Cleve Travel Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies and procedures. -
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments
ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. DJ Cleve Travel Club negotiates special group pricing with our vendors, and our contractual agreements do not allow us to issue refunds or transfer payments to another person or trip. -
Reservation Name Requirements
All reservations must be made using your FULL LEGAL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport. You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate. -
Payment Requirements
All payments must be made on time and remain current according to the payment schedule. Failure to make required payments may result in the cancellation of your room reservation. -
Roommate Responsibility
Please choose your roommate carefully and make sure they are reliable. If your roommate cancels, fails to make required payments, or is removed from the reservation, you will be responsible for the remaining balance based on the applicable single-occupancy rate.
Roommate Reservation Policy
If your roommate is not ready to make their reservation at the time of your initial booking, they will have until August 1, 2027 to complete their booking.
IMPORTANT: The deposit amount will increase 30 days after the initial booking period. An additional $150 will be added to the required deposit each month until the reservation is booked.
No exceptions will be made to the deposit increases. We strongly encourage all roommates to book as early as possible to secure the lowest deposit amount.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not required; however, it is highly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a death in the family, severe weather, flight cancellations, illness, or other situations that may prevent you from attending the trip. NOTE: Highly suggest purchasing insurance within the first 15 days of booking to receive maximum benefits.
7. Booking Changes
If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email DJ Cleve Travel Club at info@djclevetravelclub.com.
No changes will be accepted after the final payment deadline of August 1, 2027. No Exceptions.
8. Passports
A valid passport is required for all international travel. It is your responsibility to make sure your passport is valid and meets all destination entry requirements before traveling.
9. Flights & Flight Information
You are responsible for booking your own flights. DJ Cleve Travel Club does not book or arrange airfare.
Your complete round-trip flight information must be submitted to DJ Cleve Travel Club no later than August 1, 2027. No Exceptions.
Failure to submit your flight information by the deadline may affect our ability to coordinate your airport transportation or other scheduled travel arrangements.
LATE PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All scheduled monthly payments are required to be made on time according to the payment schedule provided on your invoice.

Any account that becomes two (2) scheduled payments past due will be subject to cancellation. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you must submit your request by email to info@djclevetravelclub.com.

It is the guest’s responsibility to keep their account current. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation without additional notice.
