Cancellation policy:

- Deposit: $150 per person, non-refundable upon booking.
- Full Payment Due: July 1
- Cancellation Fees:
- Before June 15: Forefit Deposit
- Before June 16 -July 9: Forefit Deposit + $100 Penalty
- On or After July 10: No refunds for any reason.
Important:
- Cancellations must be in writing to kyle@destinationsselect.com
- Missing your tour without notice results in no refund ("no-show").
- Name changes may incur fees.
- If you miss your flight at your fault you are subject to additional rebooking penalties at your own expense.
Agency Cancellation:
- Destinations Select Travel Agency may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, insufficient interest).
- In such cases, they will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
