All monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE but they are transferable to another traveler with a $50 name change fee. No name changes are allowed 60 days before arrival.  It is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions.  The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to sublimeXcursions LLC, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.

PRICE QUOTES: Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with passenger(s) FULL LEGAL names and FULL deposit payment.  All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.  Passenger(s) agree that sublimeXcursions LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is sublimeXcursions LLC responsible for any errors or omissions that occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties.   Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include baggage fees, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, resort fees, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, or travel insurance.

PAYMENTS: Payment schedules are set forth and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments.  Failure to remit deposits, monthly and balance due payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation.  Please contact us in ADVANCE of your payment due date if you will be unable to meet this obligation.  Without limitation, passenger(s) voluntarily hold sublimeXcursions LLC harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment of declination of credit card.  All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS AND ACTIVITIES: All prices are thought to be accurate, available, and current. The information, products, and services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.  sublimeXcursions, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for due to any, including by not limited to the price, information, and description of the products and services described on the website or included in printed or electronic material.  sublimeXcursions, LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of sublimeXcursions, LLC.  sublimeXcursions, LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage, or loss of vacation time arising there from.  sublimeXcursions, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with, or by supplier employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of sublimeXcursions, LLC.  The Traveler assumes the complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, inoculations, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as re-entry into the U.S., and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel.  For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, check the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. Department of State website.sublimeXcursions LLC makes no guarantees about the suitability or availability of accommodations, and we will do our best to reserve comparable accommodations if the original accommodations are not available.  We reserve the right, for technical reasons, in cases of force majeure or actions by third parties, to replace the planned hotel with accommodations of the same category offering equivalent services.  You would bear any additional costs, i.e. upgrades, etc. 

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: sublimeXcursions LLC is not liable for activities unavailable.  You acknowledge that the use or enjoyment of an activity may be hazardous and inherently risky, and, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, sublimeXcursions LLC shall have no liability for any personal injury or death; lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed property; or other liability arising our of or in connection with the use and operation of the activity, and all actions or events occurring prior to, during, at or after the activity.
