We are Memoir Travels & Events and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Memoir Travels & Events and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

TERMS and POLICIES

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
• Roommates MUST book within 24 hours of each other.
• YOU MUST MANAGE YOUR OWN PAYMENTS. MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NOT EMAILED 
• All payments to ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION GETAWAYS are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
• If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.
• Name Change Fee – $200 before final payment date on your invoice. (if applicable)
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  All deposits include customized tour reservations confirmation, and all inclusions listed.  All deposit “special offers” are a portion of the FULL DEPOSIT and are applied towards the total deposit rate. Full deposit amount (not deposit special amount) will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.
   
  PAYMENT SCHEDULE 
  Provided on invoice at time of booking.  You are responsible for adherence of due dates.  Invoice reminders are complimentary.
   
  PAYMENT POLICY
  If Travel Protection is NOT purchased within 24 hours of booking, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  (Some transferable terms may be available)
  Partial deposits are not acceptable. (Unless a special rate is offered)
  Payment of Deposit indicates that you have read and agree to policy Terms and Conditions.
   
  PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS 
  It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region.  This includes a valid passport and travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all Visas, Permits and Certificates (including but not limited to Vaccinations or Medical Certificates) and insurance policies.  You must have a Passport that is valid 6 months after the last day of travel with MTAE as set on your itinerary.  You accept responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to start of your Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of the costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documents.  You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of loss or expenses incurred by MTAE that is direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper documentation.  MTAE DOES NOT PROVIDE ADVISE ON TRAVEL DOCUMENTS and make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on Visas, Vaccinations, Climate, Clothing, Certification, Baggage or Special Equipment and you agree that MTAE is not responsible for errors or omissions in this information.
  You must at all times strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all countries and regions.  Should you fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on Tour or acting unreasonable, your behavior is likely to cause danger, distress or material annoyance to others, The Tour Operator may TERMINATE YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS on any product or service immediately at your expense and without any liability on the MTAE part.  You will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred as a result of termination of travel arrangements, including without limitations, return travel, accommodations, meals and incidentals.  You are responsible for any costs (including repair, replacement and cleaning fees) incurred by MTAE OR MTAE Suppliers for property damage, destruction or theft caused by you while on tour.  You agree to immediately report any preexisting damage to a representative or MTAE staff of the accommodations, transportation service, or facility as soon as possible upon discovery.  You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while on Tour including, but not limited to proper use of safety devices (including seat belts, harnesses, helmets and flotation devices) and obeying all posted *No and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety.   Neither MTAE nor its suppliers are liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions.  MTAE AGENCY AND/OR STAFF ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS.   Travel Protection:
  When life’s surprises change plans, you should be covered with a Travel Protection Plan. EXCLUDES NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT. Add travel protection to cover your investment.  Shop for protection:

  Cancellation Policy:
  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE TRAVEL PROTECTION PURCHASED BEFORE CANCELLATION
  Please advise Travel Specialist via email and refer to your Insurance Company Guidelines and Procedures NO TRAVEL PROTECTION PURCHASED BEFORE CANCELLATION Please advise Travel Specialist via email 60 Days or more before departure- All Payments EXCLUDING non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will convert into a travel credit towards future travel to same hotel or resort brand valid 12 months from cancellation date.  
  Keep in mind the hotel/resort may have limits that apply.   (Please Purchase travel protection insurance to protect your investment)

  Memoir Travels and Events Travel Policy:A Passport is required for this trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months after the return date for any international travel. Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport. Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit payment is received. The deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Double requires that each guest must pay their deposit payment within 24 hours of the first initial traveler deposit payment has been received. If not, your rate will not be confirmed until 2 traveler pays their deposit. Please adhere to the Payment Schedule Selected.  It’s important that you adhere to final payment deadline to avoid cancellation.  Memoir Travels and Events does no send out monthly notifications. You are responsible for keeping up with your payments and making payments on time. Not paying your invoice on time according to the final payment deadline will cause room cancellation for every guest in room and may cause you to lose add on within your package. All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with their payments.  Please notify email Memoir Travels and Events of a cancellation in writing 60 days before final payment. If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date and may pay a name change fee. Airfare and Transfers are not included. Please contact Memoir Travels and Events to book separate. If booked directly with air transportation, please email itinerary to Memoir Travels and Events.  Your Itinerary and Confirmation email will go out 15 days before your arrival date. Travel Insurance is not included. We strongly recommend you protect your investment. Each guest is responsible for purchasing their own Travel Insurance. We are not responsible for any flight changes, delays or cancellations beyond our control. Memoir Travels and Events shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. Memoir Travels and Events shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Memoir Travels and Events control. We reserve the right to make any changes to the ship/hotel/resort, vendors, tours/excursions, itinerary and/or entertainment lineup. Please Note: By registering and paying for this event you are agreeing to Memoir Travels and Events Policies, Terms and Conditions.
