Gratuities for Driver and Tour Guide
Travel Insurance - Travel insurance can be purchase at the time you book your trip.
Alcohol except where noted in the itinerary that wine or champagne is included

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to cynthia@seitztravel.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 985-991-6178 to ensure your information was received.
All payments made to Seitz Travel LLC doing business as Lolli Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is strongly advised that you purchase travel insurance offered during the booking process in order to protect your vacation purchase.
