**Vacation Booking Process**

Thank you for choosing Grace and Style Vacations to assist you in planning your upcoming vacation. Below is an outline of the process involved in making your travel arrangements. I look forward to collaborating with you on this endeavor.

My office hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST, and I am also available on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please be advised that my office remains closed on Sundays and all holidays. If you require assistance outside of these hours, you may contact me via email at graceandstylevacation@gmail.com or via text at (205) 418-8296. I will respond within 72 hours.

I kindly request that you complete the travel inquiry form in its entirety. A non-refundable planning fee is required prior to the commencement of any research. Each form pertains to one destination and permits up to three proposals, along with a wildcard proposal. Should you wish to explore multiple destinations, please submit a separate form for each. The research and planning fee is a one-time charge of $25.00 per traveler for domestic destinations and popular locations such as Jamaica, the Bahamas, Cancun, and cruises. For exotic destinations such as Dubai, Japan, Thailand, Greece, Brazil, Italy, and others, the fee is a one-time charge of $50.00 per traveler.

Upon receipt of your completed form and planning fee, please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for your quotes to be generated. This timeframe may be extended depending on the responses received. You will be contacted within 2 to 5 business days to discuss your itinerary in detail, should you require further information to proceed. Providing a budget will aid in the timely commencement of your research.

**Booking Procedure:**

Step 1: Select your preferred package below and click "ALL" for the Planning Fee, as well as the "Research Fee" of $25.00 or $50.00.

Step 2: Indicate "1" for the number of travelers; there is a designated section on the form for specifying the total number of participants in the trip.

Step 3: Click "Continue to Traveler Info" and complete the form in its entirety.

Step 4: Click "Continue to Payment."

Step 5: Authorize payment for the planning fee.

Step 6: Await the receipt of quotes within 2 to 3 business days.

**Quote Request:**

Quotes will be sent via email within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your form. You will receive three proposals along with a wildcard proposal based on your travel inquiry form. It is crucial for clients to respond to the proposals and provide feedback within seven days of receiving the initial quote to avoid the risk of discontinuing the quote request. Please be aware that if you are not deposit-ready upon receiving your proposal, the prices are not guaranteed and may be subject to change at any time.

**Cancellation Policy:**

Please note that planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

**Important Notice:**

If seven days elapse without communication from you, a new research fee will be required to generate another quote. Thank you for your understanding.
