We are Pegram Luxe Travel LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Texas, United States.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Pegram Luxe Travel LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

 

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

 

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

 

Pegram Luxe Travel LLC specializes in curating and coordinating group travel experiences, including hotel contracting, travel planning, and event logistics for small and mid-sized groups. Our services include; but are not limited to: group hotel accommodations, meeting space negotiations, vendor coordination, and group concierge support.

Our services are intended for clients within the United States and may be subject to applicable local and international travel regulations. Clients accessing our services from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their respective laws. We do not provide legal, insurance, or tax advisory services and do not guarantee compliance with any industry-specific regulation unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

 

 

All content on our website and in our deliverables—including custom itineraries, negotiated hotel offers, proposal documents, logos, templates, and communication formats—is the property of Pegram Luxe Luxe Travel LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Clients may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to planning or executing their travel with Pegram Luxe Travel LLC. Commercial use, redistribution, or public reproduction of our content requires prior written consent.

 

 

GENERAL:

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

 

IDENTIFICATION:

Client is responsible for providing the full names listed on valid passports to be used for travel.  Any changes after travel documents are issued are the sole responsibility of the client, and the client agrees to pay the required fees.

 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

Pegram Luxe Travel LLC may capture photos and videos for promotion use. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you opt out in writing.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We highly recommend travel insurance.  If travel insurance is not purchased, client must sign an insurance waiver.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, or other covered events.

By electing not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that all payments made are subject to the published cancellation and refund policy of the trip, retreat, cruise, or experience booked without exception.

• You accept full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from your inability to attend, delayed arrival, early departure, or interruption of participation for any reason.

• You acknowledge that Pegram Luxe Travel, its organizers, facilitators, contractors, and affiliated partners are not responsible for reimbursing expenses that may otherwise be covered by travel insurance.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with traveling without insurance, including but not limited to illness, injury, travel disruptions, acts of nature, or personal emergencies.

 

 

All group hotel bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates, and hotel-specific group policies. Prices and terms are subject to change until confirmed by a signed agreement and deposits. Clients are responsible for reviewing all group hotel contracts. We strongly advise legal review of all final contracts before signature.

 

 

Clients must provide valid and current payment information for deposits, installments, or final balances due to vendors or hotels. Pegram Luxe Travel LLC is not responsible for additional charges, interest, or cancellation fees resulting from late payments. Unless otherwise negotiated, final payment for group travel is due 90 days prior to the group’s check-in date. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable unless specified in the hotel’s cancellation policy.

 

 

Refunds are subject to hotel and vendor policies. Pegram Luxe Travel LLC does not issue refunds directly and shall not be liable for penalties, attrition fees, or losses due to client-initiated cancellations or no-shows.

 

 

All group participants are expected to comply with the conduct policies of hotels and vendors. Any damage or disruption caused by the group is the sole responsibility of the client and may result in fines, penalties, or immediate cancellation of services.

 

 

We work with third-party vendors including hotels, transportation providers, and local hosts. Pegram Luxe Travel LLC does not own or operate these businesses and is not responsible for delays, service failures, or policy changes made by third parties. Any purchase of services through third-party vendors is governed by that vendor’s terms and policies.

 

 

While we strive to advocate for our clients in every contract, Pegram Luxe Travel LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of hotel negotiations. Our recommendations are based on current industry standards, past performance, and professional judgment.

 

 

Hotel bookings made through Pegram Luxe Travel LLC are commissionable, and we may receive compensation from hotels and vendors. This does not affect your pricing, nor does it reduce our commitment to securing the best terms for your group.

 

 

Pegram Luxe Travel LLC shall not be held liable for:

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

 

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in Collin County, Texas.
