PAYMENT METHODS: Travelers may submit payments to BN2 by debit card, credit card, or digital cards through providers like Affirm.
DEPOSITS: All reservations, unless paying in full, will require a deposit and will clearly note the amount due and the monthly payment plan. Deposits are due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Roommates (if applicable) will need to pay their deposit within 24 hours of us receiving your deposit to secure your reservation.
If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit (specified deposit will be listed on trip detail page) at the time of booking to qualify for the payment plan. A minimum payment of $100 will be processed each month using the payment method provided at reservation. If the payment of $100 does not meet or exceed the amount of the minimum payment assigned to your package, late fees will be assessed as noted in BN2 Terms and Conditions.

You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel a trip for a full refund. After 24 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable. After 24 hours, penalties and fees may be incurred for cancellations which the traveler is responsible for. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
SUPPLIER REFUNDS: BreezN2 Travel (BN2) does not have control over the form of refund issued by airlines and or travel suppliers. Some travel suppliers may not provide refunds (in cash) and/or credits to original form of payment. Many airlines will issue travel vouchers as a method of refund. BN2 has no control over individual supplier refund policies. We highly recommend looking at the refund policies for your designated supplier on the payment page for your specific trip. Once your trip is booked, please refer to the suppliers listed on your itinerary cancelation policy on their website. If you have concerns about these polices and want to cancel your trip, you must do so within 24 hours to be refunded your deposit and other fees paid at reservation.
Travel insurance is not required but strongly recommended to protect your investment. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of BreezN2 Travel actions. It is the traveler’s responsibility to do their due diligence and select a supplier that fits your travel needs. There are many to choose from. We recommend purchasing cancel for any reason insurance because it will allow you to do just that. However, purchasing this type of policy is time-sensitive and is recommended to be done at the time of booking to ensure you receive the full benefit of the plan.
All BN2 proposals will include trip cancellation coverage. Travelers have the option to select not to accept travel insurance at the time of booking, but this must be done in writing at time of booking. Travelers can also request BN2 to book with an alternate travel insurance company. If the traveler prefers to book their travel insurance on their own, BN2 can provide recommendations.
