- Authentic Travel Connections has a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, there's a $200 penalty. If you have insurance, you'll get your refund minus the insurance cost and the $200 cancellation fee from Authentic Travel Connections.

Cancun 5-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
- Arrival in Cancun: Land in Cancun and take the airport transfer to TRS Coral Hotel.
- 3:00 PM: Hotel check-in.
- Afternoon: Spend the rest of the day getting familiar with the resort. Explore the amenities, relax by the pool, or take a stroll along the beach.
- Evening: Enjoy a delightful dinner at one of the resort's restaurants.
Day 2: Adventure and Entertainment
- 10:00 AM: Embark on an exciting excursion featuring ATV riding, ziplining, and horseback riding. Experience the thrill and beauty of Cancun’s natural landscapes.
- Afternoon: Return to the resort and unwind.
- Evening: Enjoy live entertainment at the resort. Check out the scheduled performances, live music, or themed parties.
Day 3: Leisure and Nightlife
- Day: A day of leisure. Relax at the beach or pool, explore the resort, or participate in optional activities.
- 10:00 PM: Head to the world-famous Coco Bongo Night Club. Dance the night away and enjoy spectacular performances and vibrant nightlife.
Day 4: Relaxation and Personal Time
- Day: Another day of leisure. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment or choose an activity of your choice, such as a yoga session, snorkeling, or a culinary class.
- Evening: Enjoy a quiet evening at the resort, savoring a delicious dinner or a peaceful sunset walk on the beach.
Day 5: Departure
- Morning: Spend your last moments soaking in the beauty of Cancun. Enjoy breakfast and perhaps a final dip in the pool.
- Departure: Check out, say your goodbyes, and take your airport transfer for your departure flight.
Cancellation policy:
All deposits and monthly payments are non-refundable without travel protection insurance and non-transferable. Additionally, you will not receive credit for future bookings. All reservations will require a deposit and will clearly note the amount due. Monthly payment terms and conditions will be advised once required.
Travel Insurance: It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchase and travel insurance is strongly recommended. The traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Insurance offerings are made available throughout the process and via a follow-up letter post registration.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend travel insurance that helps provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses, and more. We can assist you with purchasing travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance through our vendor, you will be required to sign an insurance waiver form.
Without travel insurance, you understand and agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, all payments made to Authentic Travel Connections without travel protection will not be refunded. Authentic Travel Connections is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any insurance policy, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage.
