Extra Options

Gratuities
Unavailable as of August 15, 2024

$90.00

Gratuities are a way to reward the crew members who provide you with services throughout your cruise, including housekeeping, dining, and other guest services. They are distributed among the staff, including room stewards, dining staff, and other behind-the-scenes personnel who contribute to your overall experience.

How It Works:

  1. Automatic Charges: On most cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, gratuities are automatically added to your onboard account daily. The amount typically ranges from $14 to $18 per person, per day, depending on the type of stateroom you have booked (standard cabin, suite, etc.).

  2. Pre-Paid Gratuities: Many cruise lines offer the option to pre-pay gratuities at the time of booking. This can be convenient and allow you to budget your trip more effectively.

  3. Adjustable: If you feel the service did not meet your expectations or exceeded them, you can usually adjust the amount of the gratuities by visiting the guest services desk.
