Legends of the Mediterranean Cruise – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering the Legends of the Mediterranean Cruise, organized by Dell Way Travel. Please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below before making any reservations.

Non-Refundable Purchase:

The Legends of the Mediterranean Cruise is a non-refundable purchase. Once tickets are secured, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including cancellations due to personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Age Requirement:

All attendees must be at least 27 years old to participate in this cruise. Guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult who meets the minimum age requirement.

Safety Responsibility:

All participants are solely responsible for their safety during the cruise. Dell Way Travel and its partners do not guarantee or assume responsibility for the safety of any guest. Travelers should review all current travel advisories and make informed decisions.

Independent Contractors:

Excursions, onboard services, flights, transportation, and tours are operated by independent contractors (including Royal Caribbean). Dell Way Travel does not supervise or control these services and is not liable for the performance, quality, or safety of these vendors.

Payment & Cancellation Policies:

Payment:

• Full payment is required by the designated final payment deadline.

• Monthly payment plans may be available based on deposit requirements.

Late Payments & Cancellation:

• Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.

• A reinstatement fee will apply to rebook canceled reservations.

• If final payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.

Name Changes:

• Name changes are permitted until the final payment date, subject to an administrative fee.

Cabin Occupancy Changes:

• Rates are based on the number of guests per cabin. Changes in occupancy may result in rate adjustments. Pricing and cabin availability are not guaranteed until all cabinmates have submitted a deposit.

No Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Dell Way Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations or emergencies.

Itinerary Changes:

The cruise itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. Royal Caribbean and Dell Way Travel reserve the right to modify scheduled destinations, times, and activities due to operational requirements or weather conditions.

Liability Release:

By booking and participating in the Legends of the Mediterranean Cruise, you agree to release Dell Way Travel, Inc., its staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, losses, legal claims, or other incidents occurring during the trip.
