How to complete registration
- Each guest will need to fill out their own registration form.
- If you will be rooming with someone, indicate their name in the appropriate box on the form.
- Under "Available Packages", select 'Double/Triple Occupancy'.
- Then, under "Number of Travelers", select 1.
- Complete the rest of the form.
- Submit payment. Note, the total convenience fee is shown but will be split per each payment made.
- Check your email (spam, too) for confirmation email and within 48 hours, a welcome email.
- You will receive an invoice that will be sent monthly in order to make payments. The invoice is per person and NOT per room.
- Each guest will need to fill out their own registration form.

- Then, under "Number of Travelers", select 1.
- Complete the rest of the form.
- Submit payment. Note, the total convenience fee is shown but will be split per each payment made.

ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a sponsored group trip. This is guided trip perfect for soloed, coupled, and small groups who just need an opportunity to travel!
As a guided trip, the itinerary is the same (activities included). You may have an option to modify your itinerary with other activities.
In order to arrive for day 1, you will need to depart the US at least two days prior.
- Day 1 – Welcome to Bali!
- Arrive in Ubud, check-in to hotel, rest of the day on your own
- Day 2 – Balinese Purification Ceremony and Art Market
- Begin your stay with a purification ceremony. After, explore the culture of the country through exploring the art market
- Day 3 – Sound Healing at Pyramids of Chi
- Expand your retreat through a sound healing at the Pyramids of Chi. Enjoy lunch and have the rest of the day on your own.
- Day 4 – Transfer to Nusa Dua and Elephant Safari Ride
- Experience the Balian nature with an elephant ride
- Day 5 – Bali Swing & Coffee Indulgence
- Have your moment on the infamous bali swing in your flowing dress. Afterwards, have lunch and experience Balian coffee ritual.
- Day 6 – Rejuvenating Spa Ritual
- Seal your self-care retreat with a relaxing spa day complete with a flower bath.
- Day 7 – Depart Bali
- Return home well, centered, and renewed.
Until next time…
New Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours after booking for full refund of deposit. After 24 hours, all trip deposits and payments are nonrefundable and non-transferrable and you must work with your travel insurance provider to obtain reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses due to cancellations.
Guests whose reservations have been cancelled, either at their own request or due to nonpayment, that still want to attend the trip, must pay a $50 reinstatement fee, plus any applicable late fees and the overdue amount, in order for the reservation to be reinstated.
No shows, early departures, and decreases in room occupancy are non-refundable. After 60 days prior to the start of the trip, downgrades in room types are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via a request form and Rhoyalty Destination Travel assess a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancelled less than 60 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.
- 60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.
- 30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
- 06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 100% of the Tour. (No Refund)
