BOOKING INFORMATION

By making reservations for this package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Payment Schedule of Flo Knowles Travel, LLC ("FKT") and its third-party Suppliers. Reservations must be made in your FULL LEGAL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport or government-issued ID. You are solely responsible for any costs or denied boarding resulting from a name discrepancy.

OCCUPANCY

Pricing is based on double or single occupancy. Travelers booking without a roommate are charged the single occupancy rate. Roommate matching is not available.

PAYMENT

Deposit due September 6, 2026; final payment due March 12, 2028. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pay in full or enroll in the monthly payment plan at booking; the payment plan auto-enrolls you in the monthly program. Timely monthly payments are mandatory to keep your reservation in good standing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@floknowlestravel.com. Supplier penalties are calculated on the full package price per person, by days before departure:

• 90 days or more before departure: 20% of the total package price
• 89-60 days before departure: 30% of the total package price
• 59-30 days before departure: 40% of the total package price
• 29-15 days before departure: 70% of the total package price
• 14-0 days before departure: 100% of the total package price

Any deposit paid is applied toward the supplier penalty; the Supplier's contracted terms govern any discrepancy. A non-refundable FKT Cancellation Fee of $350.00 per person applies at all tiers, separate from supplier penalties, and is charged to your authorized payment method or deducted from the Supplier's refund.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and for meeting every destination and airline entry requirement. A valid passport is required and must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date of May 21, 2028 — meaning it must be valid through at least November 21, 2028. FKT is not liable for any loss, denied boarding, or inability to travel due to an expired, invalid, or missing passport. Apply or renew early — processing times vary. Review current requirements at Travel.State.Gov.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

FKT strongly recommends travel insurance to protect your investment; trip cancellation coverage may reimburse forfeited amounts in qualifying circumstances.

We recommend Global Rescue coverage for this travel experience.

• Reserving this package constitutes acceptance of Flo Knowles Travel, LLC's Terms & Conditions.
• Regular monthly payments are mandatory to maintain your reservation.
• By entering a travel companion's information, both parties accept these terms and the suppliers' terms, and you agree to ensure your companion makes timely payments.
• Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and rate increases; a service fee applies to name corrections.
• Price and availability are subject to change until booked. Reserve now to lock in the current rate.

FORCE MAJEURE

FKT is not liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, or interruption of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, government action or border closures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supplier default, or transportation failure. FKT will make reasonable efforts to assist affected travelers, but all supplier penalties, change fees, and the non-refundable Agency Cancellation Fee remain in effect. Refunds or rebooking, if any, are governed solely by the affected Suppliers' policies. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
