Due Dates:
- December 12th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Secrets Moxche.
- December 13th, 2024 is the due date of 40% of your room total.
- February 13th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.

To be included in Daisy and Michael’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Daisy and Michael with a deposit already paid on each room.

Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

March 1st 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
Cancellation policy:
-
If you cancel your reservation before December 7th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Between December 7th, 2024 and January 7th, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between January 7th, 2025 and February 7th, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between February 7th, 2025 and February 13th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 13th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

A 3 night minimum is always required.

Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
