2. The program cost covers accommodation, meals, cultural experiences, guided tours, and local transportation. However, flight expenses are not included.
3. The safety of participants is a top priority. We have experienced chaperones to follow strict safety protocols and provide emergency contact information.
4. Destinations are chosen based on their cultural significance, educational value, and the opportunities they offer for students to broaden their perspectives.
5. Participants are required to arrange their own travel insurance, covering health, trip cancellation, and other potential unforeseen circumstances.
6. Trave with Grace has established procedures for handling medical emergencies, including access to local healthcare facilities and contact with parents or guardians.
7. Accommodations vary but are selected for safety and comfort. Details about rooming arrangements will be provided prior to departure.
8. A mandatory Zoom call is scheduled 30 days before departure to provide essential information, address any concerns, and ensure all participants are well-prepared for the transformative experience ahead.
9. Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay in contact with their child through phone calls or emails; however, we kindly request that communication be limited to allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience of the program.
10. Parents/guardians will be requested to inform our team of any dietary restrictions their child may have to ensure that we can accommodate their specific needs during the program.
11. In the event of missed flights or travel disruptions, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances and provide added peace of mind throughout the duration
12. We have designated points of contact for assistance, and students are encouraged to reach out to the program staff if they encounter any issues. Emergency contact information is shared with participants.
13. To ensure the safety and well-being of students throughout the "Travel with Grace" program, a dedicated team of experienced supervisors will be present, implementing a comprehensive supervision plan that includes random check-ins to maintain constant communication, monitor participant activities, and promptly address any needs or concerns that may arise.
14. Participating in the "Travel with Grace" program not only offers the chance to explore diverse cultures but also provides students with a unique opportunity to earn valuable community service hours through meaningful engagement and contribution to the communities they visit.

Itinerary:

• Day 1 Arrival in London : Arrival in Heathrow Airport (LHR). Upon arrival at airport Meet & Greet. Transfer to hotel. After check-in the rest of the day is free at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar in London. 

• Day 2 London - City Tour of London and London Eye : Breakfast at hotel. Meet your guide this morning for a panoramic tour of London's most famous landmarks. You will see Marble Arch, Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey & The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the Victoria Memorial and Buckingham Palace, London Eye and the Shard. There will opportunities to stroll around some of the key sites and take photos. Included on the tour will be a trip on the London Eye. Also visit one of the most historic buildings in London, Westminster Abbey. You will see Scientist’s Corner, Poet’s Corner, the Coronation Chair and many tombs of kings and queens. Dinner and Overnight at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar. 

• Day 3 London - Museum Day : Breakfast at hotel. Depart hotel and using your Oyster Card Travel passes explore a number of London’s world-famous museums. Start with a visit to Trafalgar Square, then continue to the National Gallery. After a quick break for lunch (not included) continue for a visit to the British Museum. Dinner and overnight: at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar in London. 

• Day 4 London : Breakfast at hotel. Depart by coach for a guided visit to Hampton Court Palace. Return to London with the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar. 

• Day 5 London - Exploring the London : Breakfast at hotel. This morning departs hotel and travel by London Underground to the Tower of London. Built by William the Conqueror, it has been an integral part of British royal history for nearly 1000 years. Explore the White, Bloody and Martin Towers where prisoners were held and often tortured. See the Crown Jewels, displayed in a specially built jewel house, and don’t forget the legendary Ravens, without whom the White Tower would supposedly fall, and a great disaster befall the monarchy. Continue by underground for a visit to London's Southbank, Visit Tate Modern and explore Borough Market and Bankside, home to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Dinner and overnight at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar. 

• Day 6 London - Street Art Tour : Breakfast at hotel. Depart by London underground for a visit to Shoreditch for a guided Street Art Tour. Rest of day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington or similar. 

• Day 7 Departure Day : After breakfast check-out of the hotel. at the scheduled time transfer to the airport for your return flight back home.
