I hereby authorize Addy and Terry Travel to charge my credit card for the total amount specified on this invoice. I understand that this payment is for travel services provided by Addy and Terry Travel as outlined in the corresponding booking confirmation.

I understand that my credit card information will be securely processed and stored by Addy and Terry Travel in compliance with industry standards.

By making this payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as previously agreed to in the Travel Services Agreement.

I certify that I am the authorized cardholder and that I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above.
