Neo Sxoul Travel Group was formed by Allura Peterson, I am what one may call, a busy woman! I am employed full-time, a massage therapist, and of course a travel agent! I specialize in travel experiences of all types such as All-Inclusive resorts, International Trips, Domestic Travel, Disney vacations, Activities/Tours/Excursions, Cruises, etc. I cannot wait to help you create a memory of a lifetime! Quote Request:
Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the book inquiry form. With one destination you will receive three options, if there are two destinations you will receive two quotes per destination. I offer two revisions to this quote within 14 business days of delivery of the initial quote, price is subject to change during this time frame. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 48 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the given price by paying in full or placing a deposit or face the risk of abandoning the quote request received.
For Custom Quotes, there is a $50 non-refundable research fee for individuals up to 9 travelers, $150 non-refundable research fee for a group 10-19 people, groups 20 people+ there is a $300 non-refundable research fee, allow an additional 48-72 hours to have the quote returned to you.

The non-refundable research fee secures the time spent on putting together the proposals and itineraries, in the event that the potential client does not book with NeoSxoul Travel Group, LLC. Once the supplier deposit is made, the client will continue to receive services of NeoSxoul Travel Group, from making all reservations, keeping you updated on your payment plans, all the way to checking to make sure all of your paperwork is up to date and submitted. Our services take effect from the moment you book until you arrive safely home after your trip.
Cancellation Policy:
The booking inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions. Booking inquiry fees are not reimbursable through travel protection.
**Please make note that pricing is subject to change at ANYTIME until your deposit is paid. If we send a package to you that is attractive, we highly suggest that you pay the deposit as soon as possible to lock in the rate. Travel is in *high demand* and rates are fluctuating. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly and we cannot guarantee a price, flight, or room without your deposit. All communication for your trip prior to travel will be via email or travel joy (unless I have an immediate concern requiring phone call)!
