Payments: Reservations can be made online with major credit cards and include a payment processing fee of 3.9% paid to payment merchants. All payments to Passport Kisses are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Passport Kisses has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Travel Insurance/Protection is recommended to secure your travel funds.
Payment Schedule: Once a deposit is paid, payments are due monthly, unless the balance is paid in full.
Travel Insurance/Protection: Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing the money you paid for our vacation is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Express, and more.
Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@thepassportkisses.com with your full name, destination, and travel dates. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please call us at 770-268-0775 to confirm receipt. Travel insurance is highly recommended to secure your travel funds if cancellation is needed.
Travel Documents Needed: U.S. Passport. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return date and have 2 or more blank pages.
