Quote Request 

Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the book inquiry form. I offer two revisions to this quote within 10 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 10 business days of receipt of the initial quote or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.

THINGS TO KNOW 
 
  • Insurance is always due UP FRONT with the requested deposit amount.
  • If canceling, you DO NOT get the cost of insurance back!
  • Flights can be booked on your own for more flexibility!
 
 

Delivery of Quote Cancellation Policy Quote Request

​The client will receive quote within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the booking inquiry form & the booking inquiry fee. The agent will reach out to you if any additional information is required. 

The client has 10 business days upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount to secure the services of Trusted Travel Agency. Prices AND availability are subject to change until deposit is paid.

Consultation fees can be found below. Fees must be paid before consultation can begin. Please allow up to 3 business days for all consultations to be processed.

Why is there a fee? In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a research fee is required. The fee is non-refundable. ALL FEES ARE CHARGED AS A SERVICE FEE. 
 
Vacation planning involves a great deal of time.  We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more.
We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.
