3. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all identification and travel requirements, including government-issued photo ID, passport validity (if applicable), and compliance with local regulations at their destination.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection or trip insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.
5. With or Without Flights Option
Guests may choose to book their experience with or without flights. Those selecting the “without flights” option are responsible for their own transportation to and from the destination and any related travel delays or disruptions.
