🗺️ How the Planning Process Works

Step 1: Optional New Client Consultation
If you would like to discuss your trip before moving forward, you may schedule a brief new client consultation. This call allows us to review your travel goals, destination ideas, budget range, and any must-have experiences. To request a consultation, you may text or call 404-850-0146. 

Please note: consultations are optional and not required to submit a travel request.

Step 2: Submit Your Travel Planning Fee & Inquiry
When you are ready to move forward, you will submit your travel request form along with the required travel planning fee. This officially initiates customized research and itinerary development.

Step 3: Customized Research & Price Comparison (1–2 Weeks)
Once your request and payment are received, we begin in-depth research based on your travel preferences, dates, and budget. This phase typically takes 1–2 weeks, as we compare pricing across multiple suppliers to ensure you receive the best overall value and experience.

You will be updated throughout the process, and additional questions may be sent if further clarification is needed to refine your options.

Step 4: Receive Your Personalized Travel Proposal
Once research is complete, you will receive your customized travel proposal outlining hotel options, flight recommendations (if applicable), and suggested experiences.

Revisions can be made based on your preferences, such as adjusting room categories, resort style, or travel dates (within the same destination).

Please note:
• Destination changes are permitted one (1) time only per planning fee
• Additional destination changes will require a new travel planning fee
• If your trip is booked within 30 days, your travel planning fee will be reimbursed and applied toward your final vacation payment.

💳 Travel Planning Fee

To begin the research and planning process, a $50 travel planning fee is required for all new quote requests.

This fee supports the professional services involved in creating your personalized travel options, including:

• Destination research
• Resort and hotel comparisons
• Flight routing and scheduling analysis
• Supplier communication and availability checks
• Itinerary development and trip design

Important Notes:

• The planning fee is non-refundable
• The fee is not a deposit toward your trip at the time of payment
• If you proceed with booking a vacation package within 30 days, the fee will be credited toward your FINAL booking cost.
