Before You Complete Your Booking

Please review the following Beyond Travel policies and agreements before signing. These documents contain important information about your booking, payments, cancellations, traveler responsibilities, and use of Beyond Travel services.

Cancellation Policies
Review the terms that apply to each part of your reservation.
Virgin Voyages

For bookings created or modified on or after October 7, 2025, Virgin Voyages cancellation terms depend on the fare option selected:

Lock It In and Base fares: All voyage-fare payments are 100% non-refundable, excluding taxes and fees. There is no grace period, and date changes, name changes, and Future Voyage Credit are not available.
Essential fares: Applies to The Edge of The Water (This Sailing)
120 or more days before sailing: A full refund is available when cancellation occurs within seven days of the deposit. After that seven-day period, the deposit converts to Future Voyage Credit and other payments are refunded.

119 to 45 days before sailing: Voyage-fare payments are non-refundable and transfer to Future Voyage Credit.

44 days or less before sailing: Voyage-fare payments are non-refundable. Only secondary Sailors may be changed.
Premium fares and non-Lock It In RockStar or Mega RockStar Suites:
120 or more days before sailing: A full refund is available when cancellation occurs within seven days of the deposit. After that seven-day period, the deposit converts to Future Voyage Credit and other payments are refunded.

119 to 45 days before sailing: Voyage-fare payments are non-refundable, but the Sailor may choose Future Voyage Credit, change the voyage date, or change names on the booking.

44 days or less before sailing: Voyage-fare payments are non-refundable, but any Sailor name may be changed.

Taxes and fees are refunded regardless of timing. Bookings made through a travel advisor or tour operator and bundled with hotels, flights, or other travel components may have different terms. The fare selected, booking confirmation, supplier agreement, and any applicable group or promotional terms control.

Before You Complete Your Booking

Please review the agreements that apply to your reservation.

These documents explain the terms that govern your relationship with Beyond Travel, your booking and payment responsibilities, cancellation and refund policies, traveler requirements, payment authorizations, and use of Beyond Travel services.

A few important things to understand before you sign:
• Travel services may be provided by independent airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel suppliers.

• Deposits, payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, and unused travel components are subject to the applicable Beyond Travel and supplier terms.

• You are responsible for reviewing your travel documents and ensuring that every traveler has the identification, passport, visa, authorization, and other documentation required for the trip.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If coverage is declined, the traveler assumes the financial risk associated with losses that may otherwise have been eligible for protection.

• By submitting payment information or authorizing Beyond Travel to act on your behalf, you authorize us to process or transmit approved booking and payment instructions as described in the applicable agreements.

By signing or accepting below, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to the agreements above, have had the opportunity to review them, and agree to the terms applicable to your reservation and use of Beyond Travel services.

You also acknowledge that supplier-specific terms may apply to individual components of your trip and may contain additional or more restrictive payment, cancellation, refund, documentation, or travel requirements.
