Terms & Conditions – Arctic Expedition Cruise (May 21–29, 2026)

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your booking:

Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the Arctic Expedition Cruise. This deposit cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances.

Final Payment & Cancellation Policy:
The full balance is due no later than January 2, 2026. Once the final payment has been made, the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this point, regardless of reason.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellation, illness, delays, or other travel disruptions.

Photo & Video Release:
By participating in this group trip, you grant Cheri’s Travel Spot, LLC the right to take photographs and video during the course of the trip and to use those images for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and printed marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to avoid being included in group photos or videos.
