Day 1 (Thursday, August 6, 2026): Welcome to Grenada!

Welcome to the island for Spice Mas! Upon arrival, guests will coordinate their own transportation to the hotel. After settling in, join us for a Welcome Dinner followed by an optional  Fete to kick off the week’s festivities! Get ready for an unforgettable journey ahead.

Day 2 (Friday, August 7, 2026): Costume Pickup, Explore & Fete

Enjoy a second free day to explore more of the island or finalize your Costume Pickup if needed. As the sun sets, join us for another night of fun at an Included Fete. The energy is building for the weekend ahead!

Day 3 (Saturday, August 8, 2026): Adventure & Excursion

Today, we’re heading on an Included Excursion to see some of Grenada’s best sights! Enjoy the adventure and get ready to unwind. Tonight, prepare for another incredible Included Fete as we dive deeper into the Spice Mas festivities.

Day 4 (Sunday, August 9, 2026): Party Catamaran & Fete

Let’s hit the water! Today, we’re setting sail on a Party Catamaran cruise, complete with transportation included in your booking. Relax, party, and enjoy the vibes on the Caribbean Sea. Afterward, get ready for another electrifying Included Fete at night to keep the momentum going!

Day 5 (Monday, August 10, 2026): Jab Jab & Monday Night Mas

The Jab Jab experience begins at 4:00 am with the Spice Mas Band. Get ready to kick off this day of non-stop partying with an all-inclusive band. Later in the afternoon, we’ll head to Monday Wear, and as the sun sets, it’s time for Monday Night Mas. Party through the night until you’re ready to call it quits—if you can!

Day 6 (Tuesday, August 11, 2026): Pretty Mas - Spice Mas Grand Finale

The grand finale is here: Pretty Mas! Get ready for an all-day, all-inclusive event with your select band. This is your moment to shine—glam up, don your costume, and hit the road for the ultimate Spice Mas experience. It’s an unforgettable, vibrant celebration of culture, music, and carnival fun!

Day 7 (Wednesday, August 12, 2026): Farewell or Relax

Whether you're ready to head home or enjoy one last day of relaxation on the island, today is yours. Bid farewell to Grenada or take this time to soak up some final moments of peace after the exciting Spice Mas journey.

Cancellation Policy:

Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Take That Trip Bestie Travel, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide you with clarity on our cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

**1. Cancellation by the Client:**
   - All cancellations must be communicated to Take That Trip Bestie Travel in writing and must be acknowledged by T.T.T.B. Travel in writing.
   - Within the first 24 hours of booking, clients are eligible for a full refund in accordance with U.S. regulations.
   - After the initial 24-hour period, bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable.
   - We strongly recommend that all clients consider purchasing trip cancellation coverage to protect themselves against non-refundable expenses, including but not limited to flights and other incurred costs.

**2. Monthly Payments and Trip Cancellation:**
   - All payments made toward a trip become non-refundable after 30 days from the date of the first payment.
   - To secure their trip, all travelers are required to make monthly payments.
   - Failure to make a payment by the 1st or 2nd Friday of each month may result in trip cancellation, with all payments being forfeited.
   - In cases where a traveler fails to make a payment and does not respond to email or other forms of communication, all monies paid at that time will be forfeited.

**3. Cancellation by Take That Trip Bestie Travel:**
   - In the rare event that Take That Trip Bestie Travel cancels a trip, travelers will be provided with two options:
     a. A voucher for future trips.
     b. The option to proceed with the trip without T.T.T.B., subject to availability.
   - Travelers will have a 24-hour window to confirm their choice. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in the issuance of a voucher.

**4. Incidental Expenses and Consequential Losses:**
   - Take That Trip Bestie Travel is not liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred as a result of a canceled booking. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable car parking reservations, and other related costs, as well as any loss of earnings or enjoyment.
   - We strongly advise all clients to consider acquiring comprehensive cancel-for-any-reason insurance, especially if it is available in their country of origin. Please note that this type of insurance may only be accessible to U.S. and Canadian citizens.
