I authorize Xpressions Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date or within 3 business days. This payment is for the trip and/or planning services as described on the invoice. I understand that the planning fees are non-refundable, and cancellations are at the discretion of Xpressions Travel and selected suppliers. I verify that I am the owner or authorized user of the documented credit card.  I have also reviewed all trip details and confirm that all information is correct, any alterations to the trip may result in extra fees. I acknowledge that am purchasing this trip from a travel agent and not from the airline/hotel directly, therefore, the transaction can't be canceled due to flight/hotel dissatisfaction. I am also responsible for having an up-to-date passport/travel documents/visas etc and I am responsible for having any consequences that may arise for not having them. I also understand that I need to check in at least 2 hours before my flight, late check-in will result in denied boarding at my own expense. I understand that I am responsible to keep track of all payment due dates. Late payments will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
