Deposit is due at time of booking:
- Double occupancy: $250 per person by June 1, 2025
- Single travelers: $500 deposit
- Final payment is due: November 1, 2025
- All payments are non-refundable. (Travel protection is the ONLY way to protect you and your investment.)
- The airport you should fly into is Orlando International Airport.
- Airfare is NOT included.
- Passports MUST be valid up to (6) months after you return from travel.
- No inventory held until your deposit, and/or you and your roommates deposits have been made and processed.
- Rates are subject to change and are based on supplier rates and the rates of exchange in effect at the time of booking. Butterfly On The Go. reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
- Daily surcharges and taxes may apply and is payable to the the Cruise company.
- All deposits made after 12 PM EDT will be processed the following business day and may be subject to rate changes.
- IMPORTANT: If your roommate cancels and you cannot find a replacement, your reservation will convert to a Single Occupancy reservation, based at a higher rate.
Cancellation policy:
- Reservations are non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to regina@butterflyonthego.com and subject to ALL associated suppler and partner cancellation fees and policies. Please include traveler's name as it appears on the reservation, and date of travel and roommate, (if applicable).
