Last Updated: April 30, 2026

Invoice Acknowledgment & Authorization

By submitting payment, you:

  • Authorize You Can Travel Too to charge your payment method for this and all scheduled automatic payments outlined in this invoice
  • Agree to the payment schedule detailed in this invoice
  • Acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and any applicable trip addendum
  • Confirm you are an authorized user of the payment method provided

Electronic acceptance via invoice approval or payment submission through TravelJoy constitutes a legally binding agreement.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all travel planning, booking, and related services provided by You Can Travel Too (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Role as Travel Advisor

We act as an independent travel advisor and arrange services through third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators).

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service delivery.

3. Payment Authorization & Valid Payment Method

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all scheduled payments.

You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. If a payment is declined, you must provide an updated payment method within five (5) calendar days.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking and applicable penalties.

4. Planning Fees

Planning fees are non-refundable once paid and are earned for professional services rendered, regardless of whether travel is booked.

5. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier(s).

  • Cancellation penalties may apply
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the supplier
  • No refunds will be issued for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or unused travel services

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and supplier terms, supplier terms shall govern.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

By declining insurance, you assume full financial risk for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

Insurance premiums are non-refundable once purchased.

8. Travel Documentation & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all booking details (names, dates, itinerary) for accuracy
  • Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
  • Meeting all entry and health requirements

We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

9. Force Majeure & Travel Risks

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Pandemics or health risks
  • Supplier disruptions

Travel involves inherent risks, which you voluntarily assume.

10. Limitation of Liability

You Can Travel Too shall not be liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of suppliers
  • Travel delays, interruptions, or cancellations
  • Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.

Any chargeback for valid, authorized charges constitutes a breach of this Agreement. You agree to be responsible for all costs incurred in recovering funds, including administrative, collection, and legal fees where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be effective as of the date listed above.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
