Upon your arrival in Athens, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at your own leisure.

Day 2 | ATHENS
Following breakfast, depart from your hotel for a half-day Athens sightseeing and Acropolis Museum tour. From the Acropolis to Omonia Square, you’ll see all the famous sites of ancient and modern Athens on this comprehensive morning tour. Offering a perfect overview of the modern city will help you get your bearings if this is your first visit to Athens. Depart for a photo stop at Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896. After stopping at many more famed sites, you will return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

Day 3 | ATHENS -MYKONOS
Early morning transfer to the port of Athens to board the ferry to the island of Mykonos. Upon your arrival on the island, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel. A
day at leisure in Mykonos to enjoy this unique island. Mykonos Island is a wonderful kaleidoscope of cosmopolitan shops, rocking bars, quaint windmills, great beaches, homey taverns, and hidden churches all set against a brilliant blue backdrop. It’s not just the water that sparkles in the sun on Mykonos, but also the marble streets and beautiful white cubist buildings that characterize the island’s architecture.

Day 5 |MYKONOS - SANTORINI
At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port to board the ferry to Santorini.Upon arrival in Santorini, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel. A day
at leisure in Santorini to enjoy this unique island. Santorini island is a wonderful place with a magnificent view and cosmopolitan shops, rocking bars, homey taverns and hidden churches all set against a brilliant blue backdrop.

Day 6 |SANTORINI
Following breakfast at your hotel, you will head to you sailing tour on a traditional Kaiki boat. Enjoy a guided sailing tour through Santorini’s Caldera Lagoon, starting from Port
Athinios (with hotel transfers included). Hike the volcano (€5/person), swim in Hot Springs, and admire views of the Caldera cliffs and Oia. Savor a traditional Greek dinner
on board as you watch the famous Santorini sunset. Return under the stars.

Day 7 |SANTORINI - ATHENS
After breakfast, at the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port for your ferry to Athens. Upon arrival in Athens, you will be transferred to your hotel.

- All of your payments to King Royal Vacations are non-refundable, the terms and conditions lay out additional details further.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one.
- Monthly payments will be automatically drafted from the account deposited. You MUST email krvtravel757@gmail.com to request a different payment option. If you request to opt out of the monthly plan, you will be required to meet quarterly payment requirements. Packages that have not been paid on longer than 60 days are subjected to forfeiture.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate cancels for any reason, you are liable for a roommate replacement or paying a single person supplement.
- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $175 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- PACKAGE PRICE – BEFORE A RESERVATION IS PAID - All prices are expressed in US dollars. Prices for vacation packages are subject to change without notice. Prices are dynamic in nature, subject to availability and subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
- PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL PERMIT(S) - All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the date of travel is required. You are responsible for checking with the appropriate consulates and respective authorities as visas and/or vaccinations may be required. Note that our agents cannot be expected to know all the documentation requirements for your trip. No refunds will be entertained for passengers who cannot embark on an aircraft due to incomplete documentation such as lack of passports or visas or affidavits for minors traveling alone or with only one parent. Keep in mind that entry requirements may vary for US-Citizens and Non US-Citizens. Airport departure and entry fees/taxes are not always included in the airline ticket. This may be required to be paid at your visiting destinations.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE - Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is an optional / non-mandatory item. You are responsible for selecting to accept or decline the travel insurance at the time you purchase your package. Insurance can be purchased with the package and can be added up to within 10 days you purchase your tour package. For more information on the insurance we provide through Travel Guard or Allianz please let us know. It is important to note that King Royal Vacations, or the owner Kerryann King will NOT be held liable for any incidents, accidents, excursions or medical occurrences leading to illness, incapacitation or loss of life.
- PAYMENTS - We only accept payments made by a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. We do not accept prepaid cards, hotel/airline rewards, or any other type of loyalty programs. If a debit/check card is submitted for payment processing we are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees or any other charges that might be charged by your bank. The fact that we allow clients to pay in parts is irrelevant to these terms and conditions. The obligation for the client to us is the whole amount of the booking at the time of booking regardless how much of the booking has been paid to us. Cancellation policy apply to those who pay in parts as well, please see CANCELLATIONS. Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor. If an extension is granted, a $175 per traveler extension fee can be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
- TRAVEL VOUCHERS AND SHIPPING OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS - Most of our services are ticket less. Those vouchers are your proof of payment for vendors. You must print your vouchers and carry them with you during the trip to render services with the final provider (hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, etc). Travel vouchers are emailed to the e-mail address listed in your Credit Card form Authorization. Please use one email address only. Our vouchers will show the official issuer of services.
- NAME CHANGES - Names on reservations must match the information included in your passport(s). You are responsible for providing us with your legal first and last names as they are shown on your passport. Once your package is processed, name changes are NOT allowed. Vacation packages are not transferable. Airlines and other providers do not allow name changes on their tickets. You cannot change the name on an airline/train/hydrofoil/cruise/mini-package ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use. In the event you provide us with the wrong name(s) for your reservation, then you understand they are canceled.
- CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. A change is defined as any modifications that are required after a deposit is made. You understand tour packages cancellation/refund policy is indicated below. Any refund requests outside of the below policy will not be honored. If you are unable to attend a scheduled tour program within the package NO refunds or partial refunds will be provided. If you check in to your hotel a day late due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. If you miss a transfer due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. If you choose not to participate in the vacation for ANY reason including illness, a refund will not be provided. The cancelation policy indicated below will go into affect. All cancellation requests are required to be submitted in writing to krvtravel757@gmail.com Your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of $150 per person. This fee is in addition to any charges imposed by the vendor.

Travel Insurance cancellation policy- If you cancel without purchasing travel protection, you will be subjected to penalties as laid out in guidelines above and below. If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel your reservation, you will be subjected to the insurance policy for refund, which is dependent on the plan you purchased. Receive a refund minus the travel protection cost, initial deposit & our agency cancellation fee; please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
- However if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer funds to another date or trip, minus the initial deposit. No cash refunds will be given.
- If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.

We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes such as strikes. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments in the itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute a full settlement of all liability. King Royal Vacations is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage before, during or after the tour program. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or retain any passenger as a member of the tour program. The issuance of vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airline concerned is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time passenger are not on board their craft. The passenger’s tickets when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser and/or passenger. All rates published in any venue are based on exchange rates and tariffs and are subject to change. All taxes, gratuities, and portage charges are subject to deletions, additions or changes without notice. These items are not covered under the control of King Royal Vacations, since changes in Government regulations and labor agreements cannot always be anticipated in advance. King Royal Vacations is not responsible for any changes initiated by the passenger after departure.
