We will be holding our 5th Annual Clinic from January 16 - 20, 2025 We are excited to be hosting an event where coaches are encouraged to celebrate Family! We’ve kept the cost as low as possible in order for you to be able to bring along your spouse, children, friends, or additional staff if you wish. Childcare is free for ages 3 – 17 and special pricing is available for them to share a cabin with you. We’ll be meeting in Galveston, TX to board the ship by 3:30 PM on the 16th.

Our conference will include 12 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT focused on high school football, strength and conditioning coaching, as well as Panel Discussions and a Wives Events program. Clinic Sessions will be on At Sea days and Before Lunchtime to enable you to spend more time with your family. After Clinic Sessions, we can all continue to connect as we journey, on board the Harmony of the Seas!

Wives will also have some sessions and socials to gain knowledge from other women who know what life is like as a Coach’s Wife.

This will be a shorter cruise than last year and on a Holiday weekend. Hopefully this will enable you to attend without it requiring you to take too many days off.

Rooms and Pricing are per-person rates based on double occupancy. This means that the rate we have quoted is for each individual in a room for two. We desire this trip to celebrate FAMILY and PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Please bring a loved one, family member, friend, or staff member as your roommate.

• If you are traveling as a single attendee, our tour director will attempt to locate a roommate for you to secure the reduced rate. (Email travel@thatkat.com) If you prefer to purchase a higher single occupancy rate, please inform us and we will instruct you on the process needed.

A limited release of 20 rooms (40 people) has been reserved. To hold your room, please enter BOTH passenger's information including name as it appears on passports, driver's licenses, and birth certificates.

CHILDREN’S CLUB INFO:
Children have three clubs available based on their ages. All are drop-in – you can leave the children all day or just for a few hours. Email our Tour Director for more information. Childcare is available for children under the age of 3 at an additional cost.

Do I need a Passport? A Passport is preferred but US Citizens can bring a CERTIFIED copy of their Birth Certificate in addition to a Governmental photo ID. Here is a LINK to the full policy on ID documents for you and your children.

  • Day 4 Sunday (Sea Day): Clinic classes from 8 AM until noon and afterward enjoy your free  day at sea

Cancellation policy:

Using the group fares, your cancellation cost will be zero if you cancel before October 31, 2024, you will be charged a 50% fee if you cancel after that date, up until November 10, 2024 and a 100% fee if you cancel after December 1, 2024. Family rates quoted may be non-refundable. You will be informed before making your deposit if this is the case. You may purchase a travel insurance policy through me to cover any cancellation costs if you wish.
