Wait... Why Is Spring Fling in July?

Because sometimes the calendar gets dramatic and the best itinerary shows up fashionably late. The name is staying Spring Fling because the vibe is still fresh, fun, and very much outside.

Think of this as our Mediterranean summer bonus round. In 2028, we’ll make it up to the seasons by moving the dates back toward June like responsible adults pretending we control cruise schedules.

Reservation Process

Deposit due today: A deposit is required to begin the reservation process.
20% required for cabin assignment: Your cabin room number will be assigned once at least 20% of your invoice total has been received (10% per person if double occupancy).
Monthly payments available: Flexible payments may be arranged after deposit.
Final payment due: March 6, 2027.

Important: Pricing and cabin availability are dynamic and may change until your reservation is confirmed. Central Sea Terrace cabins currently held in the group contract have protected pricing while group inventory remains available. Specific cabin placement is based on availability at the time the cabin is assigned.

Suggested Payment Game Plan

Focus on the deposit first. Get your reservation started and secure your spot.
Work toward the 20% payment shortly after. This is what allows your cabin assignment to move forward.
Start setting aside money for flights later this year. Athens is gorgeous, but sadly not around the corner.
Then circle back to the remaining trip balance. Smaller payments over time can make the final balance feel less like a jump scare.

Important Travel Documents

This sailing departs from Athens, Greece and visits Greece and Turkey. Sailors are responsible for having valid travel documents, including a passport and any required visa or entry documentation based on citizenship.

Recommended: Travel with a valid passport that expires at least 6 months after the voyage ends. Entry requirements can change, so travelers should confirm current requirements before departure.

Flights & Transportation

Flying to Athens

This voyage departs from Athens (Piraeus), Greece. We highly recommend arriving in Athens at least one day before embarkation on July 3, 2027. International flight delays, customs processing, and baggage issues can happen, and arriving early allows you to begin your vacation stress-free. Love Traveltry will assist with all flight arrangements, if needed.

Pre-Cruise Hotel

Love Traveltry will have a group hotel block available in Athens for the night before the cruise. Hotel details, pricing, and booking instructions are currently being finalized and will be announced at a later date.

Transportation Information

Transportation arrangements will be coordinated closer to departure. Depending on final logistics, travelers may be able to utilize transportation offered by our host hotel, or Love Traveltry will arrange an optional group charter service. Following the cruise, Love Traveltry will also arrange a group charter option back to the airport, or travelers may choose to utilize private transportation options such as taxis or Uber.

Alternative Payment Options (FlexPay)

Your cruise, flights, excursions, pre-cruise hotel, and other travel components may be added to FlexPay if eligible.
Qualified borrowers may have the option to pay over time with fixed monthly installments even past your trip.
FlexPay uses a soft credit check for personalized offers.
No pre-payment penalties, subject to lender terms.
FlexPay may be unavailable in certain states due to local laws.
Continue with the reservation and deposit first, then contact Love Traveltry if you would like to explore FlexPay for part or all of your remaining balance.

Changes & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and change rules for Spring Fling 2027 are based on Virgin Voyages' Essential fare, which is included in all advertised pricing.

Before Cabin Confirmation

If you cancel before the 20% payment has been received and before a cabin number is assigned, funds paid to Love Traveltry toward the reservation may be returned, less any supplier-imposed fees or non-refundable charges already disclosed on your invoice.

After 20% is received: You will have 7 days from the date your reservation is booked to cancel for a full refund of your deposit and any additional payments made.

Cancellation after the 7-day grace period and on or before March 5, 2027: Your deposit becomes non-refundable. Any additional payments made toward the voyage fare will be refunded.
