With HCW, you will be allowed to change your hotel dates up to the day of arrival for any reason without penalty. This HCW does NOT cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption, or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees, and extras. The HCW fee of $55 per person is non-refundable. HCW provides a 13-month credit equal to the cost of your stay, minus the $55 per person HCW fee. This HCW Benefit is offered by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase separate trip protection coverage if your booking with us includes flights.

IF ONE PERSON IN A ROOM PURCHASES HCW, ALL OCCUPANTS IN THE SAME ROOM MUST ALSO PURCHASE HCW. NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT UNDER HCW. THIS OFFER IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. IT IS NOT COMBINABLE WITH ANY OTHER COMPLIMENTARY OFFER AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. THE HCW POLICY CAN BE WITHDRAWN OR CHANGED AT ANY TIME. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
