Due to a variety of factors – including the possibility that your personal travel consultant may be in a remote adventurous location temporarily, without access to modern telecommunications facilities Deep Tranquility Travel LLC , we simply cannot guarantee that any cancellation and/or refund requests received by Deep Tranquility Travel LLC  fewer than 14 days before a particular cancellation or refund cutoff date by a supplier, will be processed within the intended deadline. There is a cancelation fee of 5.00 that will be owed to the agency which may not include the cancellation fee due to the vendor.

Daphne Sheldrick Baby Orphanage

Born from one family’s passion for Kenya and its wilderness, the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust was established more than 40 years ago and is best known for its Orphans' Project, the first and most successful elephant orphan rescue and rehabilitation program in the world. The Sheldrick Trust is a pioneering conservation organization, dedicated to the protection of wildlife and the preservation of habitats in East Africa.

Karen Blixen Museum

Karen Blixen Museum was once the centre piece of a farm at the foot of the Ngong Hills owned by Danish Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Fincke. Located 10km from the city centre, the Museum belongs to a different time period in the history of Kenya. The farm house gained international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa’ an Oscar winning film based on Karen’s an autobiography by the same title.

Giraffe Centre

he Giraffe Centre is the creation of the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife (A.F.E.W. Kenya), a Kenyan non-profit organization. Our main purpose is to educate Kenyan school children and youth on their country’s wildlife and environment, as well as give local and international visitors an opportunity to come into close contact with the world’s tallest species, the giraffe.
