Life can move quickly, and it’s easy to lose touch with the space we need to rest, reflect, and simply be.
Rooted & Restored is an opportunity to step away from the hurriedness of everyday life and spend time reconnecting with yourself in the Colorado mountains.
Hosted by Sanctum & Soil, this retreat offers space to reconnect with nature, meaningful conversation, and the practices that help us return to a sense of steadiness and balance.
Through movement, mindfulness, reflection, and time in nature, you will be invited to slow down and reconnect with what grounds you. During our time together, you’ll experience a thoughtful blend of guided practices and restorative time in nature.







Wellness Retreat Program
Sunday – Arrival & Grounding
11:00 AM (optional) | Arrive in Buena Vista · optional lunch in town with retreat team (not included)
4:00 PM | Hotel check-in
4:30 PM | Welcome snacks + informal meet & greet
5:30 PM | Group dinner
7:00 PM | Opening circle. A relaxed space to arrive, connect, and ease into the experience
Evening | Free time or quiet reflection
Monday – Awareness & Connection
8:00 AM | Breakfast
8:30 AM | Morning yoga. Gentle, grounding movement to start the day
9:30 AM | Guided session. Understanding the body, stress patterns, and awareness
10:45 AM | Break
11:00 AM | Breathwork + regulation practice
12:30 PM | Lunch
1:30 – 3:00 PM | Free / Integration Time
Options include:
• rest and reset
• time by the river or exploring town
• journaling and reflection
• bodywork session with Springs Medical Massage Therapist. (See options during booking process below.)
3:00 PM | Light guided reflection + group reset
5:30 PM | Dinner
Evening (optional) |Quiet time, connection, or light meditation, depending on space and weather
Tuesday – Integration & Implementation
8:00 AM | Breakfast
8:30 AM | Morning yoga. A slightly more active flow to energize the body
9:30 – 11:00 AM | Nutrition + Wellness Session with Nic from Nic Miller Fitness
A practical and approachable conversation around:
• fueling your body for energy and balance
• movement, recovery, and daily habits
• sustainable wellness that fits real life
11:15 AM | Self-compassion + integration practice
12:30 PM | Lunch
1:30 – 3:00 PM | Free / Integration Time
3:00 PM | Closing reflection - What are you taking with you?
5:30 PM | Dinner
7:30 PM | Closing circle. A space for reflection, gratitude, and optional sharing.
8:30 PM |Yoga Nidra. A guided deep rest to close the retreat.
Wednesday – Transition & Rest
Morning | Breakfast + check-out
Late Morning | Travel to hot springs
Midday | Charlotte Hot Springs experience + relaxed lunch (lunch not included)
A final opportunity to rest, reflect, and transition gently back into daily life
