Initial Deposit
There is $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due per person at the time of booking by all room occupants.
(This $50 non-refundable deposit was paid in June of last year).
Contractual Obligations - While we do understand that incidents beyond our control may arise, please keep in mind when selecting your roommates/room category that because we are under a contractual agreement, if an individual drops from your room and is no longer able to attend, this will create a change in the room rate that you (and any remaining roommates) will be held responsible for.
What's included in this trip:
- ALL-INCLUSIVE Hotel Accommodations for 5 days/4 Nights
- 24-Hour Meals and Snacks - Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, including specialty restaurants
- Free Wi-Fi in select public areas and in the rooms
- Pool and beach wait service
- Enjoy all the exciting daytime and nightly entertainment
- Browsing the promenade, kayaking and snorkeling
- Travel insurance - (returned in the form of a future travel credit) is required and will be added to your LAND ONLY package to protect your investment should an unforeseen event occur, if you need to cancel, have flight delays, or medical coverage, etc. This payment will be processed during our 2nd/3rd payment. An insurance option for a Full Cash Refund is available for purchase at an additional cost per person; however, all roommates must purchase if you decide to do so).

What's Not included:
- Flights - Our group will be flying into Sangster Montego Bay International Airport is (MBJ). Options to add flights to your vacation package will be available September 2022. This amount will be added to your remaining resort balance and a deposit to secure the flight will be due at that time, along with the cost of transfers.
- Passports* - Each traveler must obtain their passport and necessary official documents needed for international travel. Please allow 12-18 weeks for passports to be processed and returned. - Excursions - additional information will be forthcoming and excursions can/will be added to packages later
- Gratuities for excursion drivers, tour guides, butler/room and restaurant services
- COVID Rapid Test (for return if needed). Prices can range from $25 - $150+. A definite amount will be obtain as our trip draws near.

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Thursday, July 27, 2023:
- Arrive at Sangster International Airport (MBJ). After clearing customs, you will board the shuttle that will provide transportation for our group to Secrets St. James. Unpack, wind down a bit, familiarize yourself with the resort and enjoy dinner at a restaurant of your choice with a few of our line sisters. Each LS arriving will receive a welcome gift/packet that evening highlighting the forthcoming,
Day 2 - Friday, July 28, 2023:
- Group Excursion (Not Included in Price) - This is optional. Suggestions: ATVs, Dunn's River Falls, Catamaran/Snorkeling Cruise, or Horseback Riding along the beach.
Day 3 - Saturday, July 29, 2023:
- Enjoy the day on your own at the resort or partake in an offsite Group Excursion (Not Included in Price) - This is optional. Additional Suggestions: Rick's Café, Pier One, Caverns, Ziplining, Margaritaville, Village Shopping.
Day 4 - Sunday, July 30th, 2023:
- Sisterhood Day at Secrets - Our final day at the resort will be filled with engaging sisterly activities, so come prepared to bond and enjoy your LSs. Our group will gather for group photos/professional photoshoot and a farewell group dinner.
- Pack in preparation for tomorrow's and enjoy any of the amenities that you may not have taken advantage of throughout the weekend.
Day 5 -Monday, July 31, 2023:
- Awaken early enough to enjoy a hot breakfast and mimosas. Make sure that you're ready to depart from the resort on time so that you may catch your scheduled flight departing from Sangster International Airport (MBJ).
Cancellation policy:
Due to group contractual obligations, I agree with all Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy of Keep It Moving Travels explained by the travel consultant at the time of purchase. I have been advised to purchase a Travel Insurance Protection Package to protect my trip in the event something should happen. All payments made through Keep It Moving Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow me to obtain any refunds. By doing so, this will also Keep It Moving Travels to keep package prices competitive; while allowing individuals to make monthly (or bi-monthly) payments on your vacation.
