Any cancellation made after November 1, 2023 will result in a total loss of the deposit of $2000.00 USD. Any cancellation made between November 2, 2023 and April 21, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, any deposits or payments made will be refunded in full).
