To begin work, a non-refundable* deposit of the associating research fee is required. Once deposit is paid in full, Beau Voyage Trips will plan, review with client, secure, and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip. Research fees are non-refundable, with the exception of all-inclusive and cruise packages once booking is confirmed. Once travel is booked, cancellation of any element of the itinerary may be subject to cancellation fees and may vary by travel vendor.

Custom Travel Experience (up to 7 itinerary days): $250
Extended Travel Experience (in addition to standard Custom Travel Experience Fee): $250
All-Inclusive/Cruise Package*: $100
Group Travel (3 or more double-occupancy rooms): $100 per double occupancy room
Change Fee: $99 (for any travel changes made after booking original itinerary)

*All research fees are non-refundable, with the exception of All-inclusive and Group Packages (less group travel fees where applicable.) All-Inclusive and Cruise Research Fee deposits will be deducted from final travel packages once booked*.

By submitting payment for deposit, I understand and accept Beau Voyage Trip's Research Fee Structure for myself, and the travelers included in my party. I acknowledge and accept the non-refundable deposit, cancellation policies, change fees, and any penalties that may apply to my travel plans and services.
