Additional Information: Upon disembarking the plane, descend to the bottom of the ramp and identity yourself to the Club MoBay Representative (wearing a turquoise, black or red uniform with the Club MoBay logo) holding a Club MoBay sign. You will be escorted by a representative to the VIP Immigration & Customs fast track line followed by a visit to the Club MoBay Arrival lounge should you choose. The Representative will guide you to the ground transportation area. Please secure your departure tickets as they are required for entry into the Club Mobay Departure Lounge.

Hours of Operation: Club MoBay is open daily between 7 AM - 9 PM

Duration: Allowed to spend up to 3 hours (prior to departure) in lounge. If flight is delayed, it is up to the discretion of the Lounge Staff if and/or how much longer an individual is allowed to remain in the lounge.

Check-In Time: Once you have checked in for your flight (with any luggage), please proceed to Club MoBay. Please note: Most international flights require that you check in roughly 3 hours prior to your departure time. In addition, most flights require the passengers to be waiting in the gate area at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

Redemption Information: Please present your E-document or passport/boarding pass to gain entrance. Club MoBay will receive transmittal information with customers' name and departure information.

Directions: After check-in for return flight, look for the Club MoBay sign located opposite Burger King and opposite check-in Desk 28 (next to entrance for Security and Immigration). Present your travel itinerary at the Club MoBay check-in desk where you will be given a ticket to allow you access to the VIP fast track through Security and Immigration. Then proceed with your ticket to the Club MoBay VIP Departure Lounge, just passed Gate 9 where you will be warmly welcomed.

Departure Location: Club MoBay is located between Gate 9 and the Red Stripe Restaurant in the Departure Terminal at Sangster International Airport.
